Following a scheduled maintenance this night (https://status.subaio.com/incidents/zyb4l32ncx59) one of Subaio's production servers was unable to properly establish a network connection after restarting, resulting in general network instability/outage. This meant various errors could be experienced across all Subaio services.
The root cause was identified to be a faulty network card at Subaio's hosting provider. The provider is working on replacing the card. In the mean time, all traffic has been moved away from the affected server, meaning all Subaio services are operating normally.
The incident period lasted between 03:00 and 08:21.
